He started Arham Eye Hospital in 2012 at Canada corner, Nasik to provide comprehensive, compassionate eye care to local population at affordable costs. Due to quality eye care, popularity among patients grew and he soon expanded activities to various parts in Nashik city.
Having studied under the stalwarts of ophthalmology like Dr. R. Ramakrishnan and Dr. P Vijayalakshmi and influenced by G Venkatasamy of Aravind Eye hospital, he started peripheral outreach programmes. He conducted hundreds of free eye camps in remotest part Nashik district villages and padas and operated number of patients.
